Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Milford Commandery #11 Uniform Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All eligible items sold by Milford Commandery Uniform Store may be returned or exchanged if made within 30 days of the date the item was received for the cost of the item.  No shipping or handling charges are refundable.   After the 30 days, no item may be returned.   All items returned must be in the same condition as received.
Special ordered or customized items such as engraved name badges or embroidered names on shirts are not eligible for a refund unless Milford Commandery Store or its vendor has made an error.
All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.  If the return is for an exchange, Milford Commandery Uniform Store will cover the cost of reshipping the item back to the customer.

All eligible refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

KT coats are double breasted and do not fit like a normal suit or sport coat.  It is incumbent on the customer to measure themselves according to the procedure post on the website.  Failing to do this the customer will find the coats do not fit the way they are expecting and want to exchange for a different size.  As a result, it not only cost the customer shipping cost in returns but the store as well in reshipping another coat.   Therefore, the store will exchange KT coats for a maximum of two times in order to find a fit.  If not fit is found after 2 exchanges, then a refund will be issued for the coat and the order closed unless other arrangements are made with the approval of the store manager.
